It seemed like President George W. Bush was coming to his senses when it was announced that a portion of the U.S. troops were going to be pulled out of Iraq. In reality, what it means is he is making the stage less messy for -- and we are using a very big 'IF' here -- if his fellow Republican John McCain becomes the next U.S. President. The aim is to keep the political power base in Republican hands.
With this cosmetic pull out from Iraq, Bush is cleaning his house for McCain. It might seem like a noble gesture -- but underneath it, the U.S. still attacked a sovereign nation (Iraq) when it invaded that middle east country. (That's why America's noise over Russia attacking Georgie which the U.S. tagged as an attack on a sovereign nation rings hollow.)

GEORGE W. BUSH HAS A NEW NICKNAME--- BURNING BUSH!!!!!!

I've held back as long as possible from not saying anything bad about President George W. Bush. But some things need to be said before he leaves office. The man is an idiot! He is stupid and has no self-generated ideals about what he wants America to be in the eyes of the world (or even what he wants the U.S. to represent to young Americans!!!!!)
He has done plenty of bad things under bad advice (going into Iraq for the oil and nothing else). And George W. Bush has been an inconsequential leader of the world, a de facto role the U.S. enjoys by the strength of its founding fathers' vision for the country (and how much has been achieved of the founding fathers' vision of the U.S.).
I now hereby Christen George W. Bush....... the BURNING BUSH!
(And take that -- POW! -- for not ratifying the Kyoto Protocol!)

A REAL TURKEY
U.S. disappoints...
U.S., Iraq, Turkey, Kurds and everyone's gobbling like a real turkey
I find it unbelievable that Turkey wants to make a military push into Iraq to "deal" with the Kurds. Excuse me -- but wasn't one of the main reasons why U.S. invaded Iraq, till then a soveriegn nation, was to make Saddam Hussein answerable for his atrocities towards the Kurds?
(The other trumped up reasons were the dubious link to Al-Qaeda that Iraq supposedly had politically and the utterly shameful fabrication of the weapons of mass destruction fairy tale -- and mobile ones too whhere the WMD were moved about in large trucks etc! Britain deserves a large portion of the blame for the Iraq invasion for supporting the fairy tale WMD claims.)
Why the double standards? Will U.S. now attack Turkey for its intended atrocities directed at the Kurds?
